2 – Complete your profile and do a qualification test

You decide what details you want to share. The more you share, the better we can match you with paid surveys and studies you qualify for. A short qualification test makes sure everything works.

What you earn for paid surveys

You earn between €2 and €10 for each survey, depending on how long the questionnaire is. The longer the survey, the more you earn.

We pay a fixed fee of €15 for sessions without interviewer. These sessions last for approximately 20 minutes and are conducted without an interviewer, which means you can do these in your own time.

No. Under no circumstances will your data be resold to third parties. Your data will remain within our platform. In addition to this, you can delete your account at any time. 

Absolutely not. We can be very clear about this: as a tester at User Sense, you do not have to pay any registration fee and we will never ask you to invest money in our platform. 

As a tester, you can only earn money by taking part in user tests or interviews. The incentive is generally a minimum of 5 euro.

Most surveys take between 5 and 20 minutes to complete, depending on the topic and the number of questions. The estimated time is always shown before you start, so you know exactly what to expect.

Residents of Europe and the United States can sign up as a tester. Unfortunately, our platform is not open to testers residing in other countries.

Your total earnings depend on the number of tests available. There are different types of research with different payouts, ranging from 5 euro for a questionnaire to 75 euro or more for on-site research.

Please keep in mind that testing websites and apps is not a substitute for a part-time or full-time job, but rather a side hustle that allows you to earn extra money from time to time.

This depends on your profile and the studies available at any given moment. The more complete your profile is, the better we can match you with surveys you qualify for. Keep in mind that surveys are a way to earn a little extra now and then, not a steady stream of daily work.

Yes. Companies and organisations genuinely pay for honest feedback to improve their products and services. At User Sense you never pay anything to take part, and you're paid by bank transfer for every survey you complete.
